2007—2011年天津市宝坻区放射工作人员健康检查结果分析

目的了解天津市宝坻区从事放射工作人员的健康状况。方法对2007—2011年宝坻区586名放射工作人员职业健康检查资料进行分析。结果 586人中,血压异常率为23.72%,眼科检查异常率为17.24%,B超异常率36.34%,尿常规异常率为5.80%,血常规异常率为34.81%;丙氨酸转氨酶活力异常率为12.12%,心电图异常率为18.26%。结论长期接触低剂量电离辐射对人体有损伤效应,应加强健康监护工作。

Results of health examination on radiation workers in Baodi District of Tianjin City from 2007-2011

Objective]To understand the health status of radiation workers in Baodi District of Tianjin City.Methods]The occupational health examination data of 586 radiation workers were analyzed in Baodi District from 2007-2011.Results] Of 586 workers,the abnormal rate of blood pressure,eyes,ultrasound examination,urine examination,blood routine examination,alanine aminotransferase vitality and ECG was 23.72%,17.24%,36.34%,5.80%,34.81%,12.12% and 18.26%,respectively.Conclusion]Long-term exposure to low doses of ionizing radiation is harm to human body.Therefore,health surveillance should be strengthened.
