| 摘 要： | 胚胎干细胞(embryonic stem cells,ESCs)是一种全能细胞,体外可以定向分化为几乎所有类型的组织细胞。目前,人们也已经获得ES细胞来源的角质形成细胞和毛囊细胞,使ES细胞作为种子细胞应用于皮肤组织工程成为可能。就目前诱导ES细胞向皮肤方向分化的方法及存在问题做一综述。 |

| Abstract: | Embryonic stem (ES) cells are pluripotent cells, with the potential to differentiate into any cell type. The success in obtaining keratinocytes and hair follicle lineage from marine ES cells makes it possible to apply ES cells in skin tissue engineering as seed cells. This review summarizes the methods that have be used in inducing ES cells differentiation into skin, and the problems that still remain in this research area. |
