壮医药物竹筒拔罐治疗痹病110例的疗效分析

目的 观察壮医药物竹筒拔罐治疗痹病的疗效.方法 330例痹病患者分为壮医药物竹筒拔罐组、单纯拔竹罐组、中药组,观察其临床疗效、治疗前后主要症状的改善情况等.结果 壮医药物竹筒拔罐组、单纯拔竹罐组、中药组对痹病的总有效率分别为93.64%、87.27%、94.54%,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).但3组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),壮医药物竹筒拔罐组与中药组的疗效相当,而优于单纯拔竹罐组.3组治疗前后主要症状的改善差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01),壮医药物竹筒拔罐组对肿胀症状的改善优于其他两组(P＜0.01).壮医药物竹筒拔罐组疗程比单纯拔竹罐、中药组短(P＜0.01).结论 壮医药物竹筒拔罐治疗痹病具有疗效好、简便经济的优势.

Zhuang Medicine Bazuguan in the treatment of arthralgia-syndrome

Objective To observe the curative effect of Zhuang medicine Bazhuguan for arthralgia-syndrome.Methods Three humdred and thirty cases of arthralgia-syndrome were divided into three groups:treatment group with Zhuang medicine and Bazhuguan,pure Bazhuguan group,control group with Chinese medicine.Observe their clinical effect,improvement in main symptoms before and after the treatment.Results The effective rate of treatment group with Zhuang medicine Bazhuguan,pure Bazhuguan group,control group with Chinese medicine was 93.64%,87.27%,94.54% respectively,there was no statistic difference between them(P>0.05).But it had statistic difference in curative effect between the three groups (P<0.01),Zhuang medicine Bazhuguan was equivalent to Chinese medicine,but superior to pure Bazhuguan (P<0.01).It had statistic difference in the improvement of cardinal symptom before and after the treatment of the three groups (P<0.01),the improvement of swelling with Zhuang medicine Bazhuguan was superior to the other two groups (P<0.01).The period of treatment of treatment group was shorter than the other two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Zhuang medicine Bazhuguan has advantage to treat arthralgia-syndrome for its well curative effect,easy operation and low cost.
