摘    要:目的:观察长期饥饿应激对肠神经系统神经递质的影响。方法:以饥饿为应激原,采用肌间神经丛铺片技术,酶组织化学及免疫细胞化学法应激大鼠胃窦肌间神经丛内Ach,SP,NOS,SS,ENK及CCK神经变化。结果:(1)长期饥饿应激后大鼠胃电节律异常指数及慢波频率变异系数均显著增高。(2)大鼠胃窦肌间神经丛内Ach,SP神经含量明显减少;NOS,SS,ENK及CCK含量明显增加。结论:(1)长期饥饿应激能引起严重的胃电节律失常;(2)饥饿应激后大鼠胃电节律失常,胃窦肌间神经丛内Ach,SP神经分布异常,递质含量减少;NOS、SS、ENK、CCK神经含量异常增加。

Abstract:Purpose: To study the effect of hunger stress on neurogen of the myenteric plexus. Methods: The contens of cholinergic(Ach) nerves, substance P(SP) nerves, nitrergic nervous(NOS) nerves, somstain (SS) nerves and cholecystokinin(CCK) nerves in antral myenteric plexus of wistar rats were studied using histochemistry and immuncytochemistry. Results:(1) The electrogastric dysrhthmias occurred in the stress group rats. The abnormal rhythm index and coefficent of variation(cv) of slow wave frequency were significantly increased compared with the control(P<0.01). (2) The contents of Ach and SP nerves of stress were significantly decreased(P<0.01) and NOS?SS?ENK and CCK nerves were significantly increased(P<0.01). Conclusion: (1)Long duration hunger stress can induce serious electrogastric dysrhythmias. (2) Decreased of contents of Ach and SP nerves in antral myenteric plexus of stress rats, and increas of contents of NOS?SS?ENK and CCK nerves might be mechanism of neuropathology on development of electrogastric dysrhymias in rats.
