摘 要: | 目的:探讨运动方案对小学身体素质和肥胖相关指标的影响。方法:选定48名学生随机分成两组;运动组24例(男生12例,女生12例);对照组24例(男生12例;女生12例)根据训练内容,1个星期3次,每次40~60min进行训练。总时间为12个周。运动前后分别对体脂肪率、BMI、腰围、总胆固醇、中性脂肪、血糖和身体素质进行了测定。结果:显示运用运动方案进行身体锻炼后,运动组比对照组身体素质有明显提高,爆发力和肌肉耐力有显著变化(P〈0.05)。运动后,运动组BMI、腰围、中性脂肪三项指标明显缩小,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:本运动方案对身体健康和肥胖相关指标有显著改进效果。

Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of physical activity on the obesity factors and physical fitness in the elementary students.Methods:48 students living in K-region.The subjects were practiced with focusing on the physical activity program for 12 weeks.The selected 48 students were randomly divided into two groups; Exercise group was 24 (man; n=12, women; n=12), non exercise group was 24(men,n=12;women,n=12).The exercise regimen was designed in exercise with 40 to 60 min and 3 times/week during 12 weeks.Results:The change of basic physical fitness after exercise program, the exercise groups were significantly increased more than non-exercise group at the stand board jump and sit-up (P0.05).The change of obesity factors after exercise program.Conclusion:The exercise groups were significantly decreased more than non-exercise group at the BMI, %fat, WHR and Triglyceride(P0.05). |
