| 摘 要： | 内皮素是新发现的一类主要由内皮细胞合成分泌的生物活性肽,具有强烈的收缩血管和升高血压的作用。目前,对内皮素的研究主要集中在内皮素受体拮抗剂,其具有降低血压,减少蛋白尿和改善肾功能等作用,进一步阐明内皮素及其拮抗剂在肾疾病中的作用机制,以利于新的治疗途径的探索。

| Abstract: | Endothelin is a new found biologically active peptide mainly secreated by endothelial cells,which has strong effect in shrinking blood vessel and increasing blood pressure.At present,the study about endothelin is mainly focused on its receptor antagonist,which has many effects including decreasing blood pressure,reducing proteinuria,improving renal function and so on.Further elucidation about action of mechanism of endothelin and its antagonist in renal diseases will be helpful to explore new therapeutic pathway. |
