中医辨证论治方案联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的：探讨中医辨证论治及化疗联合治疗方案在晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗中的临床价值。方法将2013年5月—2015年5月入住我院的52例晚期非小细胞肺癌病患作为试验对象，进行随机分组，26例对照组及26例联合组，分别给予化疗+贞芪扶正胶囊和化疗+中医辨证论治方案，比较2组治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果联合组疾病控制率高于对照组（P<0.05），肿瘤缓解率高于对照组（P<0.05），不良反应发生情况优于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论中医辨证论治及化疗联合治疗方案在晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗中疗效显著，可提高疾病控制率及肿瘤缓解率，减少不良反应的发生。

Clinical observation of TCM diagnosis and treatment plan combination with chemotherapy treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To explore the clinical value of Traditional Chinese Medicine differential treatment combination with chemotherapy plan treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 52 cases of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted to the hospital between May 2013 - May 2015 were set as experimental subjects,were randomly divided to groups,26 cases of the control group and 26 cases of the combination group,respectively were given Chemotherapy + Tonic Capsule abd chemotherapy + TCM diagnosis and treatment plan,treatment effects and adverse reactions of two groups of patients were compared.Results Disease control rate of the combination group was higher the control group (P> 0.05),tumor response rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05),incidence of adverse reactions wer better than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis and treatment plan combination with chemotherapy treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer is obvious,can improve disease control rate,tumor response rate,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
