类桁架型多针内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折

目的评价微创类桁架型多针内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效.方法运用此技术治疗AO分类A1、A2型股骨粗隆间骨折42例.在C型臂X线机监视下骨折闭合复位,用2枚折断式加压螺钉加1枚斯氏针类桁架型内固定.结果38例经12个月～5年随访,骨折均愈合,无髋内翻发生,髋关节功能恢复良好.结论2枚折断式加压螺钉与1枚斯氏针组合成类桁架结构重建股骨上段具有微创,操作简单,效果可靠,适合于AO分类A1、A2型股骨粗隆间骨折,可有效防止髋内翻的发生.

Many nails take similar truss for the internal fixation treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur

Objective: To evaluate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous many nails take simil ar truss shape for the internal fixation treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of the femur.Methods: Minimally invasive percutaneous two comp ressed snap screw and one steinmann pin to take similar truss shape for the inte rnal fixation was used to treat 42 cases of A 1?A 2 type of trochanteric femo ral fractures .under "C " shape X-ray machine keep watch on,the facture corre cted dislocation with close reduction . Results:38 case were fel lowed up for 12 moths to five years,all the facture were healed and the coxa jo int get excellent or good results . Conclusion: use two compress ed snap screw and one steinmann pin to take similar truss shape reform up part o f the femur,which have advantage in minimally invasive,operation ease ,and fir m fixation for the treatment of the intertrochanteric fracture of the femur .
