| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术(TVH)的临床价值。方法将120例非脱垂子宫因良性病变而需行子宫全切除的患者分为两组。观察组68例,对照组52例。观察组行经阴道切除术,对照组行传统腹式子宫切除术。结果观察组的术后肛门排气时间、术后病率、术后住院时间、术后下床活动时间与对照组比较,均有显著性差异(P均<0.01)。结论TVH具有术中出血少、微创、对盆腹腔脏器干扰少、污染少、损伤小、恢复快、术后无伤口疼痛、住院时间短、住院费用低等优点。是临床值得推广的一种子宫全切术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical significance of transvaginal hysterectomy(TVH) in the patients without uterine prolapse.Methods All the 120 patients,who suffered from benign non-prolapsed uterine illness and needed performing with removal of whole uterus,were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group(n=68) were performed with TVH and the control group(n=52) with traditional trans-abdominal hysterectomyResults The experimental group possessed significant superiority in time of flatus pass from anus,disease rate,hospitalization and movement away from bed after operation(P<0.01).Conclusion TVH is a means of whole uterine removal worth popularizing. |
