| 摘 要： | 目的：分析总结13例儿童自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗的护理经验。方法：2001年3月～2003年5月采用自体外周血干细胞移植治疗儿童白血病和淋巴瘤13例，进入层流室后实施心理护理，预处理阶段护理，化疗的毒副作用护理及严格无菌护理操作外，对急性反应加强对症支持治疗。结果：全部患儿均安全渡过移植极期，均成功重建造血功能，无1例因护理原因中断治疗或治疗失败。结论：自体外周血造血干细胞移植(APBSCT)是比较安全、有效的儿童恶性血液病的治疗方法，预处理后的护理是APBSCT护理工作中的重点。

| Abstract: | Objective To retrospectively analyze and summarize the nursing experience in the autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (APBSCT) of pediatric hematolocical malignancies. Methods Thirteen cases of leukemia or malignant lymphoma were recruited in this APBSCT study from March 2001 to May 2003. Chemotherapy and/or total body irradiation(TBI) as the conditioning regimen. Nursing measurements included psychological nursing, complete course sterile nursing operation,and treating the acute toxicity reaction momentarily was essential to the patients after conditioning regimen.Results All patients were engrafted and hematopoieteic reconstitution was rapid. No one case failed to PBSCT due to nursing. Conclusion PBSCT is safe and effective therapeutic option in pediatric hematological malignancies. Nursing after conditioning regimen is the most important in pediatric APBSCT. |
