实习护生对临床学习环境态度的调查

摘    要:目的调查实习护生对临床学习环境评价情况,比较本科、大专护生对临床学习环境评价的差异性。方法采用便利抽样的方法对医院115名护生进行临床学习环境问卷的调查。结果实习护生对临床学习环境评价的总分为(142.00±22.43)分,本科和大专护生对临床学习境的评价总分差异无统计学意义(P0.05),但师生关系维度得分差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。护生对临床学习环境评价中师生关系得分最为(25.99±4.09)分;个性化评价得分最低为(21.12±4.29)分。结论护理管理者应积极为护生创造良好的临床学习环境。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the perception of clinical learning environment among nursing students and analyze the difference between undergraduate students and junior college students. Method A total of 115 nursing students were recruited by convenient sampling and investigated about their perception of clinical learning environment. Results The score of perception of clinical learning environment was ( 142.00 ±22.43 ). Among the six dimensions, the dimension of teachers and students relationship got the highest score (25.99 ±4.09) , while the dimension of individuation got the lowest mark (21.12 ± 4, 29). There was no significant difference on the total score between undergraduate students and junior college students, but had significant difference on the dimension of teachers and students relationship. Conclusion Nursing managers should actively create a positive clinical environment for nursing students.
