肠安胶囊修复溃疡性结肠炎大鼠结肠损伤研究*

[目的]观察肠安胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠结肠粘膜损伤的修复作用,探讨其作用机制.[方法]采用免疫加局部刺激的方法造模形成实验性大鼠溃疡性结肠炎,光镜及电镜下观察用药后结肠粘膜组织的病理变化,并行结肠损伤分数、大便乳酸含量、前列腺素E2(PGE2)等损伤指标检测.[结果]肠安胶囊可明显降低大鼠结肠组织中PGE2含量,减少结肠组织损伤分数及大便乳酸含量.组织病理学检查亦发现治疗组大鼠粘膜损伤显著改善.[结论]肠安胶囊能够有效减轻结肠上皮损伤,修复损伤组织,促进溃疡愈合.

Discussing the plerosis on coion injury of ulcerative colitis rats with Chang-an Capsule

[Objective]: To ohserve the plerosis on injury of ulcerative colitis rats with Chang-an Capsule and explore its ellect mechanism.[Methods]: The rat model of experimental ulcerative colitis was made hy Immunization and local stimulation.The pathologic change of colonic mucosal tissue was observed under electron microscope and light microscope alter administration.The injury norms,such as colon injury lraction,lactic acid content in stool,prostaglandin E₂(PGE₂)and so on were detected.[Result]: PGE₂ content of colonic tissue,colonic tissue injury fraction and lactic acid content in stool were ohviously reduced.It was also found through tissue pathology that mucosal injury rat was markedly improved in treatment group.[Conclusion]: Chang-an capsule can ellectively alleviate colonic epithelia injury,plerosis injury tissue and promote ulcerative healing.
