| 摘 要： | 目的探讨后腹腔镜治疗泌尿外科疾病的临床疗效。方法本组自1993年3月至2006年12月采用全麻经腹膜后途径,对107例患者进行腹腔镜手术。结果本组104例手术顺利,3例中转开放手术,手术时间30-210min,术中出血20-150ml,无严重并发症。结论后腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿外科疾病具有创伤小、出血少、疗效好、并发症低等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effects on retroperitoneoscope in the treatment of urologic diseases. Methods From March 1999 to December 2006, 107 case underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery by the genral anesthesia and through retroperitomeal approach. Results The operations of 104 cases were accomplished unevenfully. 3 cases were converted to traditional open surgery. The operation time was 30 to 210 minutes. Amount of intraoperative bleeding was 20 to 150 ml. No severe operative complications were occurred in this group. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery has less trauma and bleeding, a good efficacy and lower complications for the treatment of urologic diseases. |
