柴胡挥发油提取方法的研究

摘    要: 目的 考察柴胡挥发油的不同提取方法,以确定最佳提取方法。方法 采用药典法、水蒸气蒸馏法、蒸馏法和超临界CO2萃取法等4种提取方法,以得油率和所得挥发油的化学成分为指标,对4种提取方法进行比较。结果超临界CO2萃取法的得油率为0.46%,约高出其他方法7倍。GC—MS分析结果表明,不同的提取方法所得挥发油的化学成分及其含量的差异较大,尤其是有效成分之一己酸的含量。结论超临界CO2萃取法的提取效率远远高于其他方法,但该法所得挥发油的化学成分与其它方法相比有较大差异,故不能完全肯定此提取方法,尚需药效学的试验证明。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the different extraction methods of the essential oil from Bupleurum Chinese and to determine the optimum extraction method. METHODS The yields and the chemical constituents of essential oil were used to compare the different extraction methods including the method of ChP, steam distillation, distillation and SFE-CO2. RESULTS The yield of essential oil by means of SFE-CO2 was 0.46% , which was 7 times higher than the others. Based on the result of GC-MS, the constituents of oil varied with methods, especially the content of hexanoic acid. CONCLUSION SFE-CO2 excelled the other methods in yield of essential oil but its superiority was not determined yet due to the difference of constitutions of each oil. So pharmacodynamic experiments should be done further to identify the optimum extraction method.
