| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白内障超声乳化加人工晶体植入术的护理经验。方法回顾性分析306例（354眼）白内障超声乳化加人工晶体植入术护理的临床资料。结果术前视力为光感～0.2，出院视力为0．2-1．0。结论细致的护理对于白内障超声乳化加人工晶体植入手术的成功进行和顺利恢复起着相当重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing experience of phaeoemultifieation with intraocular lens implantation in cataract surgery. Methods Retrospectively report the nursing experience of 354 eyes of 306 patients for phacoemultification with intraocular lens implantation in cataract surgery. Results The preoperative visual acuity range light perception to 0. 2 and the postoperative visual acuity range 0. 2 to 1.0. Except comma edema, anterior chamber bleeding and lens dislocation, no other postoperative complications were observed. Conclusion The careful nursing is very important for the successful phacoemultification with intraocular lens implantation in cataract surgery. |
