| 摘 要： | 本文报道1985～1990年22例催乳素瘤采用手术治疗结果。男6例,女16例。女性有5例为微腺瘤,男性全部为大腺瘤,手术治疗后,14例垂体功能恢复正常或好转,无手术死亡。因而认为手术治疗为早期催乳素腺瘤提供了良好的有效机会。

| Abstract: | 22 patients with PRL Pituitary adenomas were treated by surgery. Among them 16 were females and 6 males. 5 females had microadenoma, while a of the males had large type adenomas. After operation, 14 cases recovered their pituitary function showed a clinical improvedment. No operative death occurred in this group. It becomes evident that surgery offers a better chance of recovery for patients with early PRL adenomas. |
