| 摘 要： | 14例放置 ML Cu 250宫内节育器的正常育龄妇女,分别在置器前和置器后1年,于月经周期的第7、8天或9天(滤泡期),13、14、15天(排卵期),21、22或23天(黄体期),共抽血7次。采用放射免疫方法测定血清中促黄体生成激素(LH)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、垂体催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E_2)、孕酮(P)和皮质激素(C)6种生殖激素浓度。结果表明14例妇女置器后1年血清6种激素含量与置器前自身比较均无显著性差异。放置ML Cu 250 1年对下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴无影响

| Abstract: | The levels of LH, FSH, PRL, E2. P, C in sera of 14 women of childbearing age before and after wearing ML Cu 250 IUD for one year were determined by RIA. The serum samples were collected at 7th day, 8th day or 9th day (follicular phase), 13-15 days (ovulate phase), 21st day, 22nd or 23rd day (luteal phase) during menstral cycle. The results showed there was no significant difference between the levels of 6 hormones in sera of 14 health women before and after wearing ML Cu 250 for one year. After inserting ML Cu 250 IUD for one year, no effect of ML Cu 250 IUD on hypothalamo-pituitary-ovarian axis was observed. |
