| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨如何应用整形外科原则，处理急诊面部创伤患者，争取面部软组织创伤的最佳修复。方法：遵循整形外科原则，严格遵守无菌原则和无创原则，强调清创，伤口修整，精细缝合，仔细包扎等。结果：256例急诊面部创伤患者采用整形修复，均Ⅰ期愈合，面部外观形态佳。结论：在面部创伤的急诊处理中，应用整形外科的原则和技术，可最大限度恢复患者面部外观及功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To apply the principles and techniques of plastic surgery to treat emergency cases of facial soft tissue injuries. Methods Principles of plastic surgery were applied,consideration to both entirety and locality, debridement, repairing, suture and packing of wound, etc. Results All of the wounds healed primarily, and the repaired appearances were satisfactory. Conclusion Plastic surgery for repairing facial soft tissue injury wound in emergency can recover the facial appearance to the large extent. |
