黄芪注射液对肾病综合征患儿外周血B淋巴细胞亚群及RAAS的影响观察

目的观察研究黄芪注射液对肾病综合征患儿外周血B淋巴细胞亚群及肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)的影响。方法选取2010年11月～2012年12月于本院进行治疗的56例肾病综合征患儿为研究对象,将56例患儿随机分为对照组(常规治疗干预组)28例和观察组(常规治疗干预加黄芪注射液组)28例,然后将两组患儿治疗前1d和治疗后第6、12w的外周血B淋巴细胞亚群及肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统指标进行比较。结果观察组治疗后第6、12w的外周血B淋巴细胞亚群改善幅度明显大于对照组,肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统指标明显低于对照组,并且观察组均呈现持续改善的趋势,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论黄芪注射液对肾病综合征患儿外周血B淋巴细胞亚群及肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统发挥着积极的改善作用。

Observation on the Influence of Astragalus Injection on the Peripheral Blood B Lymphocyte Subsets and RAAS of Children with Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective To observe and study the influence of astragalus injection on the peripheral blood B lymphocyte subsets and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system of children with nephrotic syndrome.Methods 56 children with nephrotic syndrome in our hospital from November 2010 to December 2012 were selected as research object,and 56 cases were randomly divided into control group(routine treatment intervention group)28 cases and observation group(routine treatment intervention and astragalus injection group)28 cases,then the astragalus injection for the peripheral blood B lymphocyte subsets and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system indexes of two groups at 1st day before the treatment and at 6th and 12th week after the treatment were compared.Results The observation group′s improvement range of peripheral blood B lymphocyte subsets at 6th and 12th week after the treatment were all higher than those of control group,renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system indexes were all obviously lower than those of control group,and those indexes od observation group showed a continued trend of improvement,all P<0.05.There were all significant differences.Conclusion The astragalus injection palys an active role in improving the peripheral blood B lymphocyte subsets and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system of children with nephrotic syndrome.
