| 摘 要： | 常见精神障碍在中国长期没有得到应有的重视。最近进行的世界精神卫生调查(WMHS)重点集中于焦虑障碍、心境障碍、酒/药使用所致精神障碍等常见精神障碍。WMHS/中国资料发现,上述精神障碍相当普遍,年患病率达7.0%,即估计我国有6300万成年患者。检出的病例每年丧失角色功能的天数为11.2d,即因上述障碍造成190万人年以上的生产力损失。而所有患者中,仅11.3%曾在年内接受过医疗服务。如何提高常见精神障碍的治疗率,让更多患者得到合适的治疗,这是中国精神卫生服务面临的巨大挑战。

| Abstract: | For a long time the common mental disorders have been neglected in China. The WHO World Mental Health Surveys (WMHS) carried out recently mainly focus on common mental disorders such as anxiety disorder, mood disorder and drug and alcohol abuse disorder. Data from WMHS/China show that the 12-month prevalence of these disorders is 7.0% (63 million people) for Chinese adults by CIDI/DSM-IV. All identified cases are out of role function for 11.2 days per year in average, leading to the productivity loss of more than 1.9 million person-year. However, only 11.3% have enjoyed proper health services. The great challenge to the mental health services in China is to make more people get enough treatment. |
