| 摘 要： | 我院中医妇科根据21世纪对中医学研究生的要求,提出以目标管理与动态管理对研究生进行培养,并建立了一套管理方案,通过素质教育,临床、科研及教学能力的培养,以及与人交流、计算机应用、英语水平的培养,以期为我国培养出复合型、外向型、实用型、创新型、高层次的新一代高级中医学人才,为提高我国的医学发展水平做出贡献。

| Abstract: | According to the requirements of training 21st century graduate students of Chinese gynecology, we put forward a mode of combining target management together with dynamic management. A set of management project is decided to nurture students' quality, clinical, scientific research and teaching abilities, and improve their levels of computer application and English learning. The purpose is to train a new generation of high level professionals of Chinese medicine and make contributions to medical development in our country. |
