| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨大剂量川芎嗪注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕（VBIV）的临床疗效。方法选择经彩色多普勒血流诊断仪确诊的VBIV患者42例，随机分为两组，治疗组22例给予川芎嗪200mg静脉滴注，对照组20例采用血管扩张剂复方丹参注射液16ml静脉滴注，每日1次，2wk为1疗程，两个疗程后评价疗效。结果治疗组与对照组有效率分别为86．36％和55．00％，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论大剂量川芎嗪治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕具有较好的疗效，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Large dosage of ligustrazine on vertebro-basilar ischemic vertigo(VBIV). Methods 42 VBIV cases diagnosised by color doppler were randomly divided into two groups,the treatmetn group consisted of 22 cases treated with ligustrazine injections and the control group consisted of 20 cases treated with vasodilator salviac miltiorrhizae Co injectious,one a day for two weeks.The curative effect were compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.36% aud 55.00% in control group,showing significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Large dosage of Ligustraziue injections is effective for treatment of VBIV and it is worthshile to be popularized for clinical use. |
