| 摘 要： | 目的观察SARS患者血清铁蛋白含量变化。方法用电化学发光法检测了66例SARS患者血清铁蛋白(Femtin)含量，与正常对照组作了比较。结果患者铁蛋白含量明显高于对照组，重型SAPS患者铁蛋白含量明显高于普通型。恢复期患者血清铁蛋白含量降低但仍高于对照组。结论SARS患者存在铁蛋白代谢异常，铁蛋白含量变化可能反映病理程度，动态检测血清铁蛋白水平有助于病情的观察。

| Abstract: | To observe the change of levels of serum Ferritin in patients with Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). The levels of serum Ferritin in 66 patients with SARS were measured by electrochemiluminescence and compared with controls. The resulte showed that levels of serum Ferritin in patients with SARS were significantly higher than that in controls, levels of serum Ferritin in severe type of patients were higher than that in general type. In convalescence, the levels of serum Ferritin in patients were lower but still higher than that in controls. [Conclusion] There is metabolize abnormity of Ferritin in patients with SARS, the change of Ferritin in patients with SARS may reflect state of illness. Dynamic detection of levels of serum Ferritin is helpful in analyzing state of SARS. |
