颞浅筋膜瓣在全耳再造术中的应用

目的：探讨颞浅血管为蒂的颞筋膜在全耳再造中的应用。方法：设计以颞部为蒂的颞浅筋膜瓣包裹整个Medpor支架行全耳再造。结果：共完成25例，术后随访期平均10个月，均取得满意效果。结论：颞浅血管为蒂的筋膜瓣血管吻合支丰富，血运好，厚薄均匀适中，且供区隐蔽，组织供量大，再造耳轮廓及耳甲腔等细微结构清晰，立体感强，是一种较理想的全耳再造方法。

Application temporal superficial fascia flap in auricle reconstruction

Objective Study on the auricle reconstruction used temporal superffcial fascia flap with temporal vessel pedicle. Methods In 25 cases of auricle reconstruction, all were used with Medpor Stand encapsulated outside with temporal superficial fascia flap with temporal vessel pedicle. Results After operation, 25 cases had all followed-up 10 months average, and their results were successful. Conclusion The results showes that auricle reconstruction using temporal superficial fascia flap with temporal vessel pedicle had good vascularity, moderate thickness, its supply area are large and conceal, the appearance of reconstructed auricle are distinct and good third dimension effect. It suggests that this method of auricle reconstruction is ideal so far.
