丁咯地尔治疗以静息痛为主诉的老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症

目的:比较丁咯地尔和己酮可可碱治疗以静息痛为主诉的老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的疗效。方法:60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予丁咯地尔100mg和己酮可可碱300mg,于治疗前后第1、2周末对周静息痛发作频次、持续时间、疼痛程度和踝肱指数进行测评。结果:丁咯地尔组在减少周静息痛发作频次、缩短每次发作持续时间、减轻疼痛程度、改善踝肱指数方面,均明显优于己酮可可碱组。结论:丁咯地尔对以静息痛为主诉的老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症有较好效果。

Efficacy of Buflomedil for Arteriosclerosis Obliterans of Lower Limbs in Aged Patients with Rest Pain as Chief Complaint

Objective To compare the efficacy of buflomedil and pentoxifylline in arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs in aged patients with rest pain as chief complaint.Methods Sixty patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans were recruited and randomly divided into buflomedil group(n=30) and pentoxifylline group(n=30).At the base of conventional therapy,buflomedil(100mg) and pentoxifylline(300mg) were dissolved in 250ml normal saline,respectively.The onset frequency of rest pain per week,pain duration time,pain severity,and ankle brachial index were recorded and evaluated before and after 1,2 weeks of the therapy initiated.Results Buflomedil was obviously superior to pentoxifylline in decreasing the frequency of rest pain,shortening pain duration time,ameliorating pain severity and improving ankle brachial index.Conclusion Buflomedil has better therapeutic efficacy than pentoxifylline in arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs in aged patients with rest pain as chief complaint.
