复方阿胶浆治疗癌性恶病质的疗效观察

目的 观察复方阿胶浆治疗癌性恶病质的临床疗效.方法 76例不宜接受放化疗的晚期癌症患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组36例,对照组给予常规补液纠正电解质紊乱等支持治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上应用复方阿胶浆20ml,每天3次,连服2个月.比较2组体质量、Karnofsky评分、血常规及免疫指标变化情况.结果 治疗组体质量改善30例（75.0%）高于对照组的12例（33.3%）,治疗组Karnofsky评分改善29例（72.5%）高于对照组的15例（41.7%）,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.治疗组治疗后Hb、WBC、PLT均高于治疗前,且高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.治疗组治疗后免疫指标变化优于治疗前,且优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.2组均未出现肝肾功能损害、水肿、血压和血糖升高等不良反应.结论 复方阿胶浆能有效改善晚期肿瘤患者的生活质量,改善恶病质症状.

Clinical observation of Compound E-jiao Oral Liquid in treatment of patients with cancer cachexia

Objective To study the efect of Compound E -jiao Oral Liquid in treatment of advanced cancer. Methods 76 cases of late stage malignant tumor patients without chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 40） and control group（ n = 36）. The control group was treated by rountine method and supportive treatment but the treatment group was added with Compound E -jiao Oral Liquid 20ml, po, Tid for two months. Weight, karnofsky score and hematology biochemical and immunity indicator were recorded. Results Body weight was improved in 30 patients （75.0%） in the treat- ment group,but 12 patients （33.3%） in the control group,Kamofsky score was improved in 29 patients （72.5%） in treat- ment group,but 15 patients （41.7%） in the control group,and the differences were significant（P 〈0.01 ）. After treatment, Hb, WBC, PLT in treatment group were higher than that before treatment, and higher than that in control group, and the differ- ences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. O1 ）. After treatment, changes in immune parameters in treatment group were better than that before treatment, and better than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 01 ）. There were no liver and kidney dysfunction, edema, blood pressure and blood sugar and other adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Compound E-jiao Oral Liquid can improve quality of life of late stage cancer patients and reduce cancer cachexia syndrome.
