心理护理对慢性心力衰竭患者的影响

目的观察心理护理对慢性心力衰竭患者的影响。方法 78例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组各39例。2组均接受常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗和基础护理,观察组在此基础上实施心理护理和行为指导。观察2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,并比较临床疗效。结果 2组出院前SAS和SDS评分均低于入院时,且观察组改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为92.3%高于对照组的74.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理可有效缓解慢性心力衰竭患者的焦虑情绪。

Effect of psychological care in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To observe the effect of psychological care in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 78 cases of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into obsevation group and control group with 39 patients in each. Both groups received conventional anti-heart failure drug therapy and primary care,the observation group received psychological care and behavior guidance on the basis of control group. Self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） score two groups, and the clinical efficacy was compared. Results SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were decreased after discharge reduction ,compared with that in admission ,the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0.05 ） ,and the improve- ment in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Total effective rate in the observation group was 92.3% ,which was higher than 74.4% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Psychological care can relieve anxiety in patients with chronic heart failure.
