硫代硫酸钠联合地氯雷他定治疗激素无效的慢性荨麻疹临床研究

目的探讨硫代硫酸钠联合地氯雷他定治疗激素无效的慢性荨麻疹临床疗效。方法对激素治疗无效的慢性荨麻疹患者77例随机分为治疗组39例和对照组38例,治疗组采用硫代硫酸钠联合地氯雷他定治疗,对照组采用地氯雷他定联合酮替芬治疗。观察2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为71.8%高于对照组的47.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组起效时间为(1.85±0.67)d,对照组为(2.46±1.02)d,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组发生不良反应1例(2.56%),对照组发生5例(13.16%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论硫代硫酸钠联合地氯雷他定治疗激素无效的慢性特发性荨麻疹疗效显著,为难治性荨麻疹提供了新途径。

Clinical study of Sodium thiosulfate combined with desloratadine in treatment of hormone invalid chronic urticaria

Objective To observe the effect of Sodium thiosulfate combined with desloratadine in treatment of hormone invalid chronic urticaria. Method 77 patients with hormone invalid chronic urticaria were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 39 ） and control group（ n = 38 ）, the treatment group received Sodium thiosulfate combined with desloratadine, while the control group received desloratadine combined ketotifen treatment. The effect in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 71.8% , and 47.4% in control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Onset time of the treatment group was （ 1.85 ±0.67 ） d, but in the control group it was （2.46 ± 1.02） d,and the difference in the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈0.01 ）. Adverse reaction rate in the treatment group was 1 （2.56%） ,but 5 cases （ 13.16% ） in the control group,and the difference was significant（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Sodium thiosulfate combined with desloratadine in treatment of hormone invalid chronic urticaria is effective, and provides a new way to treat refractory urticaria.
