妊娠高血压综合征患者超敏C-反应蛋白水平变化的意义

目的研究妊娠血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)的关系及临床意义。方法选择39例PIH患者(PIH组,另分为妊娠高血压亚组16例、子痫前期亚组17例和子痫亚组6例)与同期18例妊娠健康妇女(正常对照组)的hs-CRP水平比较,来判断其变化的意义。结果 PIH组hs-CRP血清水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05),妊娠高血压亚组、子痫前期亚组、子痫亚组hs-CRP血清水平呈逐渐增加趋势(P<0.05)。结论 PIH患者血清hs-CRP水平高于健康孕妇,且随着病情的进展,血清hs-CRP水平亦呈逐渐升高趋势。检测血清hs-CRP水平变化对PIH患者病情的评定起指导作用。

Study of the implications for the serum levels of high sensitivity C reactive protein in pregnancy induced hypertension

Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum level of high sensitivity C reactive protein （hs-CRP） and pregnancy induced hypertension（PIH） and explore its clinical significance. Methods Compared the serum levels of hs-CRP between 39 cases patienis with PIH （PIH group, divided into PIH subgroup of 16 cases,preeclampsia subgroup of 17 cases and eclampsia subgroup of 6 cases）and 18 cases of healthy pregnant women（ control group）in same period to determine the significance of the change. Results The hs-CRP serum levels of PIH group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the serum levels of hs-CRP in PIH subgroup, preeclampsia subgroup and eclampsia subgroup showed a gradual increasing trend （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The results suggest that the serum levels of hs-CRP is increased with the progress of the disease. It plays an important role in the occurrence.
