护理干预在老年患者胃镜检查中的效果观察

目的探讨护理干预在老年患者胃镜检查过程中对心理和躯体应激反应的影响。方法将224例行胃镜检查的老年患者随机分为试验组110例和对照组114例。对照组采取常规护理，试验组在此基础上进行认知干预、情绪干预、行为干预等措施。观察2组患者在胃镜检查前后血压、脉搏变化程度和恶心、呕吐情况及患者接受能力。结果试验组检查前后血压、心率差值均小于对照组（P〈0．01）。试验组恶心呕吐次数明显少于对照组，接受能力明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论积极的护理干预能缓解老年患者在胃镜检查过程中躯体和心理应激反应，对消除紧张恐惧心理、减少恶心呕吐等不适的发生均有重要意义。

The effect observation of Nursing intervention on gastroscopic examination of old patient

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on psychological and physical stress of old patients undergoing electronic gastroseopy. Methods 224 cases old patients undergoing gastroseopy were randomly divided into experiment group （ 110 cases） and control group （ t 14 cases）. Control group took routine care;On the basis of control group, experimental group were given cognitive intervention, emotional intervention, behavioral intervention and other interventions. And observed before and after endoscopy in patients with blood pressure and pulse changes, the extent and nausea, vomiting and patient acceptability of two groups. Results Before and after check the blood pressure, heart rate differentials of experiment group was less than those of control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The number of nausea and vomiting of experiment group were significantly less than those of control group, the acceptance ability was better than that of control group, the difference were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Active nursing intervention during gastroseopic examination can obviously decrease or alleviate the occurrence of body and mental stress responses, remove anxiety and dread mentality, effectively reduce the occurrence of nausea.
