罗哌卡因蛛网膜下腔阻滞在剖宫产术中的应用

放置宫内节育器（IUD）是生育期妇女的主要避孕措施之一,生育期妇女容易发生节育器异位和移位,常可导致阴道异常出血、疼痛、白带增多等不良反应及感染、嵌顿、穿孔等并发症1].因此,节育器放置应严格掌握适应证、禁忌证.本文回顾性分析我院近年收治的节育器异位患者23例的临床资料,现将报道如下.

The application of Ropivacaine spinal anesthesia in cesarean section

Objective To observe the effect of Ropivacaine spinal anesthesia in cesarean section. Methods 130 cases of full-term pregnancy were randomly divided into control group and observation group （65 cases in each）. The observation group was treated with ropivacaine spinal anesthesia, and the control group using bupivacaine spinal anesthesia. The onset time of sensory block （ lower extremity numbness） ,duration and sensory nerve block anesthesia time, and the highest fixed plane and anesthesia quality were observed. Results The onset time of sensory block, duration and sensory nerve block anesthesia time and the highest fixed plane in the observation group were longer than those in the control group, and the difference was significant（ P 〈 0.05） ,but there was no significant difference of sensation evaluation（ P 〉 0.05 ）. There was significant differ- ence of very loose rate between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ropivacaine can be used in spinal anesthesia for cesarean section.
