不同胰岛素剂型应用于老年2型糖尿病的疗效比较

目的观察不同胰岛素剂型应用于老年2型糖尿病的疗效。方法将60例老年2型糖尿病患者随机分为A组和B组各30例，A组给予预混人胰岛素诺和灵30R治疗，B组给予短效胰岛素诺和灵R治疗，胰岛素的剂量根据患者的血糖调整。观察2组治疗前、后血糖变化及血糖控制时间与低血糖发生情况。结果2组治疗后空腹血糖与餐后2h血糖均降低，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。B组血糖控制时间短于A组，低血糖发生次数少于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论诺和灵30R与诺和灵R降血糖疗效相似，但诺和灵R更易于控制血糖，降低低血糖发生率，可作为老年高血糖状态下首选的治疗方案。

The effect comparison of different insulin formulations in treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To observe the effect of different insulin formulations in treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 60 cases elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into group A and group B, each of 30 cases, group A received premixed human insulin given novolin-30R treatment. Group B received short-acting insulin novolinR treatment. Insulin dose adjustments based on blood glucose. Before and after treatment, observed blood glucose changes, blood glucose control time and the incidence of hypoglycemia of two groups. Results After treatment ,fasting plasma glucose and 2h postprandial blood sugar of two groups were lower those before treatment, the difference were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; But there was no significant difference between two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. blood glucose control time of group B was shorter than that of group A, and the number of hypoglycemia was less than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Novolin-R has the similar effect as novolin-30R, but novolin-R is easier to control blood sugar, and reduces the incidence of hypoglycemia, and it also can be a treatment of choice for senior patients with high glucose.
