床单位消毒器不同方法杀菌效果观察

[目的]了解床单位消毒器增加臭氧输出浓度,缩短消毒时间对床单位的消毒效果。[方法]采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对肯格王KS-BFJ.A被服消毒机输出浓度500 mg/m^3及增加到1 000 mg/m^3时的杀菌效果进行对比试验。[结果]在负载情况下,臭氧输出浓度1 000 mg/m^3开机5 min,臭氧输出浓度500 mg/m^3开机30 min对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值均≥3;1 000 mg/m^3开机10 min、15 min及500mg/m^3开机40 min、60 min的杀灭对数值均≥5。[结论]床单位消毒器输出浓度增加到1 000 mg/m^3时,消毒时间缩短,5 min～15 min对布片上细菌繁殖体有良好的杀灭作用。

STUDY ON THE GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF BED UNIT OZONE STENLIZER WITH DIFFERENT METHODS

[Objective]To evaluate the germicidal efficacy of ozonateur on bedding when the concentration of ozone increased and the sterilization time shortened.[Methods]Carrier quantitative germicidal test method was used to test the germicidal effects of Ken-Ge-Wang Clothing Nibchine when the output concentration of ozone increased from 500 mg/m3 to 1 000 mg/m3.[Results]Under the conditions of the ozone output concentration of 1 000 mg/m3 sterilizing for 5 minutes and the ozone output concentration of 500 mg/m3 sterilizing for 30 minutes,Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans on cloth strips were killed,the killing value on Logarithmic was equal to 3 or more than 3;while under the conditions of the ozone output concentration of 1000 mg/m3 sterilizing for 10 minutes,15 minutes or the ozone output concentration of 500 mg/m3 sterilizing for 40 minutes or 60 minutes,the killing value on Logarithmic was equal to 5 or more than 5.[Conclusion]The bed unit ozone stenlizer has a good germicidal efficacy on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans on cloth strips when the output concentration of ozone is increased to 1 000 mg/m3 and the sterilizing time is shorten 5-15minutes.
