| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三位一体综合护理法对肠癌术后肛门排气时间的影响。方法将101例肠癌术后患者随机分为2组,护理组51例予三位一体综合护理法(咀嚼口香糖、早期活动结合背部穴位按摩、新斯的明足三里穴位注射);对照组50例在外科护理常规基础上予新斯的明肌肉注射,观察2组肛门排气时间。结果护理组术后肛门排气时间为(40.12±10.53)h,对照组术后肛门排气时间为(70.58±19.87)h,2组术后肛门排气时间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论三位一体综合护理法可缩短肠癌术后肛门排气时间,且无不良反应。

Observation of trinity nursing process on time of passage of gas by anus after Gastrointestinal operation |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of trinity comprehensive therapy （chew gum early activities combined back massage of buttocks acupoint neostigmine foot of colorectal surgery mile closed） on gastrointestinal function recovery. Methods 101 routine bowel surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in trinity nursing process （n=50） accepted trinity comprehensive therapy. Patients in control group （n=50） accepted surgical nursing conventional and simple neostigmine line intramuscular injection. The time of passage of gas by anus were observed. Results The postoperative anus exhaust time in trinity nursing process （40.12±10.53） h was shorter than that in control group （70.58±19.87 h, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trinity comprehensive therapy can promote gastric bowel function after surgery, reduce the incidence of complications. |
