摘    要:目的:优选清脉颗粒中丹皮酚的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以丹皮酚得率为指标。考察加水量、加氯化钠量和温浸(40℃)时间对转移率的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为10倍加水量、10%氯化钠、温浸2h。结论:该提取工艺简便、快速、准确。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extraction process for paeonal of qingmai granule. Method: The orthogonal design was used to test the three main factors including water amounts, sodium chloride amounts, and digeratur times. The extraction rate of paeonal was used as guide to evaluate the extraction efficacy. Result: The optimum extracting process was 10 folds of water amount, 10% folds of sodium chloride and the soaking time was 2 h at 40℃. Conclusion: Optimization of extracting process for paeonal of qingmai granule by orthogonal design is simple, quick and accurate.
