人参培养细胞多糖与人参多糖的免疫作用比较

摘    要:人参培养细胞的多糖可明显增加小鼠脾重量,而对小鼠胸腺重量影响不大。能显著增强小鼠碳粒廓清速率,明显促进小鼠溶血素抗体的活性,提高正常小鼠血清IgG含量,对SRBC所致迟发型超敏反应有促进作用,而对小鼠的移植物抗宿主反应(GVHR)影响不大。与栽培人参多糖的作用无明显差异。

Abstract:The effect of polysaccharide from tissue culture of Panax ginseng on immune function was studied, and compared with the polysaccharide from ginseng root.Both polysaccharides iv 20mg / kg, 40mg / kg(three times at interval of 3 days)caused marked increase of weight of spleen and enhanced the clearance rate of iv charcoal particles in mice.The two polysaccharides also significantly promoted the production of serum specific antibody hemolysins in mice and the level of IgG.They also enhanced DTH of footpad induced by SRBC in mice.But they had no effect on GVHR in mice.It is suggested that the two polysaccharides have the same effect on immune functions.
