农村已婚育龄妇女生殖健康知识及态度和行为调查

目的:了解安徽农村已婚育龄妇女的生殖健康相关知识、态度和行为现状,为进一步制订改善农村妇女生殖健康状况的措施提供依据。方法:采用多级抽样的方法抽取1398名农村已婚育龄妇女,用结构化的问卷进行入户调查。结果:共收集有效问卷1221份,应答率为87.3%。生殖健康相关知识总体知晓率为44.99%,年龄越小或文化程度越高知晓率越高。其中性卫生、安全套、生育和性病知识的知晓率分别为74.02%、48.76%、41.11%和20.56%,文化程度越高知识掌握情况越好。90%以上的妇女反对婚外性行为和商业性行为,主张女性从一而终,75%左右的妇女反对婚前性行为。性卫生和性伴交流行为得分率都在80%以上,而安全套相关行为得分率仅为43.4%,不同年龄(P<0.01)和不同文化(P<0.01)妇女间的行为得分有高度显著性差异。结论:农村已婚育龄妇女的生殖健康相关知识还有待提高,尤其是年长者和文化程度低者。安全套的使用比例很低,应在农村地区开展节育工作的同时促进其安全性行为的转变。

Reproductive health - related KAB of married women in fertilization age in rural Anhui

Objective:To explore reproductive health-related KAB of married women in fertiliazation age in rural areas of Anhui province.Methods:1 398 women were surveyed at their households using structured questionnaire.Results:A total of 1 221 women were interviewed accounting for a response rate of 87.3%.Their responses to reproductive health-related knowledge questions were 44.99% correct.The lower their age,and the higher their education level,the better correct rate of reproductive health-related knowledge.The percentage of correct answers about sex hygiene,condom,maternity and STD were 74.02%,48.76%,41.11% and 20.56%,respectively.Over 90% of them were against extra-marital sex and commercial sex,and believed that women should marry only one man in lifetime,and 75% disapproved sex before marriage.The score rate of behaviors on sex hygiene and sex-partner communication was all over 80%,and condom was 43.4%.Significant relationship was found among age and education groups on behavior score(P<0.01).Conclusion:Women in rural Anhui are little educated about reproductive health-related knowledge in general,especially elder and less educated women.Women in rural Anhui had a low frequency of condom use,which indicate that future family planning departments should not only emphasize on birth control but also promote women behavior modification.
