| 摘 要： | 骨髓间充质干细胞是干细胞领域的研究热点之一.虽然近几年来有关间充质干细胞的研究已取得了很大进展,但仍有很多问题有待进一步解决.主要对间充质干细胞的异质性、分化与融合的问题、修复组织的机制、免疫性及研究方法等问题进行了综述.

| Abstract: | Mesenchymal stem cells have became the focus in stem cell field. Over the last several years, the research of stem cells has progressed greatly, but still there are many problems unsolved. This article reviewed five problems including heterogeneity, differentiation and fusion, mechanisms of reparation, immune responses, and research methods. |
