血清胱抑素C和γ-谷氨酰转移酶在糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断价值

摘    要:目的:探讨血清胱抑素C和γ-谷氨酰转移酶联合检测在糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断价值及两者的相关性。方法:测定2型糖尿病组与正常对照组的血清胱抑素C(CysC)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)、尿素(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)的结果进行两独立样本t检验,将2型糖尿病患者的CysC和γ-GT结果进行相关分析,早期肾损伤的阳性检出率为计数资料采用χ2检验。结果:2型糖尿病组各检测指标高于正常对照组且随病程延长CysC和γ-GT值升高,差异有统计学意义,CysC和γ-GT的检测比常规肾功能检测能够更早发现糖尿病早期肾损伤,差异有统计学意义,CysC和γ-GT在2型糖尿病患者呈正相关。结论:CysC和γ-GT的联合检测在糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断中优于常规肾功能检测,CysC和γ-GT两者密切相关,且随病程进展检测值升高。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of cystatin C and gamma-glutamyltransferase in type 2 diabetes patients with early renal injury. Methods:Type 2 diabetes group and normal group's results of Cys C、 γ-GT、 BUN、 Cr、 UA were proceeded independent-samples t-test,Cys C and γ-GT reults of type 2 diabetes group were proceeded pearson correlation analysis,qualitative data were proceeded χ2 test. Results:All detected results of type 2 diabetes group were higher than those of normal group were,Cys C and γ-GT results were increased with the disease development,there was a significant difference. Cys C and γ-GT results could help diagnosis renal injury in diabetes patients earlier than routin renal function detection,Cys C and γ-GT had a positive correlation in type 2 diabetes patients. Conclusion:The coinvestigation of Cys C and γ-GT have a better diagnostic value than routin renal function detection,Cys C and γ-GT has a positive correlation,Cys C and γ-GT results are increasing with the disease development.
