| 摘 要： | 目的了解广东省东莞市外来未婚女工性知识现状与需求。方法分层整群随机抽取东莞市9家工厂18～35岁未婚女工2 346名,以匿名方式进行生理卫生、性安全及性传播疾病等知识及保健服务需求问卷调查。结果调查对象性和生殖健康知识总体水平不高,回答正确率分别为37.1%和53.2%,约50%的未婚女工了解月经的形成、经期保健知识、女性受孕以及人流的危害;了解女性的生理安全期、药物流产适应时间的比例只有20.2%和7.5%;来东莞市时间短、文化程度为高中以下者中,部分知识知晓率相对较低,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);69.4%的调查对象希望得到有关性和生殖健康方面的信息和服务。结论外来未婚女工性知识知哓率较低,有关部门应关注外来未婚女工的性与生殖健康状况和需求,提供科学、系统的性知识教育与服务。
