| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西药结合治疗癫痫的临床效果。方法86例癫痫患者分为实验组和对照组,两者均服用西药卡马西平,丙戊酸钠或癫健安,实验组辅以中药。结果实验组和对照组总有效率依次为95.35%和72.09%,差异有显著性(P<0.01);两组患者脑电图改善率依次为71.43%和43.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西药结合治疗癫痫效果好,建议临床进一步推广应用。
