| 摘 要： | 目的探讨水合氯醛在皮肤科小儿局麻手术中的应用。方法100例患儿睡眠剥夺后在术前给予水合氯醛灌肠后在手术部位进行局部麻醉，待患儿入睡5～10min后进行手术。结果2例患儿无法诱导入睡，3例患儿术中苏醒，其余患儿5～20min后入睡。术中患儿呼吸平稳，心率正常，使手术能顺利完成，无l例患儿发生不良反应。结论小儿睡眠剥夺后在局麻术前给予水合氯醛灌肠，可以获得良好的麻醉及制动效果，临床操作简单，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the application of chloral hydrate in paediatric local anaesthesia surgery of dermatology. Methods 100 children were sleep depriveted, given chloral hydrate enema, and local anaesthesia was followed immediately. Operation were carried out after the children sleep 5- 10min. Results Two children can＇t sleep, and 3 children revived in surgery, the other children sleeped after 5~20 rain, the respiration were smooth and heart rate were normal in surgery, the surgery completed sueesessfully. Conclusion Sleep deprived, enemaed with chloral hydrate enema, and local anaesthesia followed immediately, can acquire good anaesthesia immobilizing effect in pediatric patients, deserved clinical popularization and application. |
