| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药灌肠联合超短波和西药治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法以我院2007年1月-2008年6月住院患者53例为治疗组,同期在门诊就诊不住院的55例患者为对照组。结果治疗组治愈率56.6%,总有效率90.6%,对照组治愈率36.4%,总有效率76.。4%结论中药灌肠联合超短波和西药治疗慢性盆腔炎的作用显著,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treatments of chronic pelvic inflammation with Chinese medicne enema combining ultra-short-wave and the western medicine. Methods In this study, 53 patients in hospital from January 2007 to June 2008 Were enrolled treatment group and 55 outpatiens at the same time were taken as control. Results The cure rate in treatment group was 56.6% and the total effective rate was 90.6% . The control group was36.4% and 76.4% respectively.Conclusion Chinese medicine enema combining ultra-short-wave wave and western medicine has marked effects for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation and is worth to be extend in clinical works. |
