湖南省平江县573例肿瘤性疾病流行病学调查报告

目的探明并调查平江县肿瘤疾病分布,为进一步开展肿瘤疾病防治和干预工作奠定基础。方法统一调查表格,收集该县2004年居民肿瘤患病情况及其他相关资料。结果共调查出各类肿瘤发病人数573例,分布在全县27个乡镇的村组和机关、居委会等共计376个单位。573例肿瘤病人中,共计有27种各类肿瘤疾病,其中以子宫癌(17．1％)、子宫肌瘤(14．7％)、肝癌(8．7％)、肺癌(8．6％)等肿瘤疾病为最多。结论需加强肿瘤疾病的调查和防治干预工作。

Epidemiological investigation report on 573 tumor cases in Pingjiang county Hunan province

Objective To probe the distributing situation of tumor diseases in Pingjiang county and make a base for the prevention. Methods Investigate the situation of tumor patients among local citizens in 2004, and collect the meaningful data for statistical analysis. Results 573 tumor cases were found and belonged to 27 categories also distributed at 27 villages and 376 point area. A great part of these cases are carcinoma of uterus (17%), hysteromyoma (15%), liver cancer(9%), pulmonary cancer(8.5%). Conclusion It is necessary to intensify the epidemiological investigation and prevention on tumor diseases.
