| 摘 要： | 采用大鼠肠缺血模型，观察了肠缺血早期肠道内应用用抗菌药物并肌注６５４－２的效应。结果发现，治疗组大鼠肠粘膜、肝、肾、肺脏的损害程度较实验组明显减轻，肠道细菌转移率下降（Ｐ〈０．０１），动物生存时间延长（Ｐ〈０．０１）；提示：本方案对缺血性肠粘膜及脏器组织具有一定的保护作用。

| Abstract: | we have observed the effect of antibiotic drug and the 654-2 on the gastroentenc tract, in the early stage of intestinal ischemia, using the model of intestinal ischemia in rats. Compared with the control group, the lesion degree of intestinal mucosa, liver, kindey and lung lessened obviously, the frequency of intestinal bacteria translocation decreased (P<0.01) and the living time prolongd (p<0.01)in the trantment group. These results suggests that our method have somewhat protecting effect on ischmic intestinal mucosa and ischemic organ. |
