单纯表面麻醉在管状视野青光眼患者滤过手术中的应用

目的观察单纯表面麻醉下对青光眼晚期管状视野患者进行滤过手术的效果及安全性。方法19例(19眼)各型青光眼晚期管状视野患者在5g/L地卡因或爱尔卡因单纯表面麻醉下施行滤过术,观察麻醉效果。术后7～10d复查视野、眼压。结果21例手术均顺利完成,无1例追加球后麻醉,无1例丧失残存视功能,术后视力有所提高,视野有改善,或维持术前状况。结论本研究证实青光眼晚期管状视野患者表面麻醉下手术安全可靠。

Surface Anesthesia in Trabeculectomy for Advanced Glaucoma with Tubular Visual Fields

Objective To observe the effect of trabeculectomy under surface anesthesia on patients with advanced glaucoma and tubular visual fields and to find out the safety, reliability and effectiveness of surface anesthesia for such patients. Methods Nineteen cases (19 eyes) of advanced glaucoma with tubular visual fields were given trabeculectomy under surface esthesia with dicaine 0.5% or Alcain 0.5%. The effect of such anesthesia was observed. Visual fields and intraocular pressure were reexamined at 7 to 10 days postoperatively. Results Trabeculectomy was completed smoothly in all the 21 cases. There was not any case in which retrobulbar anesthesia was added or the remnant visnal function was lost. After operation, visual acuity and visual fields improved or remained unchanged. Conclusion During trabeculectomy in advanced glaucoma and tubular visual fields, surface anesthesia proves to be safe and reliable.
