| 摘 要： | 目的探讨IL-8在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）发病机制中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测30例COPD患者（急性加重期及治疗后稳定期）和10例健康体验者（对照组）外周血IL-8浓度，并测定第1秒最大呼气量占预计值百分比（FEV1％）、中性粒细胞百分比。结果COPD急性加重期组外周血IL-8水平和中性粒细胞百分比明显高于治疗后稳定期组和对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗后稳定期组IL-8亦显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。COPD急性加重期与治疗后稳定期外周血IL-8与FEV。％呈负相关（r=-0．97，P〈0．01；r=-0．77，P〈0．01）。结论IL-8参与COPD气道炎症的形成，并与气道阻塞程度密切相关。
