| 摘 要： | 目的：观察透穴刺法治疗中风后小脑性共济失调的临床疗效。方法：采用透穴刺法治疗中风后小脑性共济失调50例，并随机设计针治疗对照组40例，进行临床对照观察。结果：治疗组有效率为92．0％，对照组为70．0％，透穴组疗效明显高于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论：透穴刺法治疗中风后小脑性共济失调有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Purpose To observe therapeutic effect of point-throuth-point therapy on cerebellar ataxia after stroke. Methods Point-through-point therapy was used for treatment of 50 cases of cerebellar ataxia after stroke, and other 40 cases treated with scalp acupuncture was used as control group. Their therapeutic effects were compared. Results The effective rate was 92.0% in the point-through-point therapy group and 70.0% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Point-through-point therapy has an obvious therapeutic effect on cerebellar ataxia after stroke. |
