| 摘 要： | 独虎龙(Capparis acutifolia sweet)有明显抑制豚鼠回肠自发收缩作用,也能拮抗乙酰胆硷(Ach),氯化钡(BaCl_2)及组织胺兴奋肠道平滑肌的作用。在整体实验中,独虎龙能抑制小鼠小肠输送墨汁垢推进性活动。实验结果提示独虎龙对胃肠道平滑肌活动的抑制作用与剂量有一定的相关性,对其机理进行初步的探讨,认为一种可能有的直接抑制平滑肌的作用有待证实。

| Abstract: | DU HU LONG, a Chinese herb (Capparis acutifolia sweet) produced an obvious inhibitory effect on the spontanous contrations of ileum of guinea pig. The excitations. of the smooth muscle of the ileum induced by acetylcholine (Ach), BaCl_2 or histamine were also counteracted by DU HU LONG. The rate of transporting the Chinese ink in the gastrointesinal (GI) tract of mouse, an indication of the propulsive contraction of GI, was delayed in vivo by DU HU LONG. The results suggested that the inhibitory effects of DU HU LONG on GI tract were dependent on the doses of DU HU LONG. The mechanism of its action was discussed and a possible direct inhibitory effect on smooth muscle remain to be clarifyed. |
