胫骨平台骨折外侧髁分型及其临床意义

目的 探讨通过对胫骨平台骨折重新分型,规范手术操作,以获得最佳的手术疗效.方法 对胫骨平台外侧髁按骨折移位方向及内侧髁是否骨折进行分型,按新分型标准指导治疗闭合性胫骨平台骨折86例.结果 术后X线片示骨折解剖复位56例,近解剖复位30例,钢板螺钉位置均满意.86例中67例得到随访,随访时间6～12个月.解除外固定后无骨折再移位,无术后感染、下肢深静脉血栓发生.关节活动Rasmussen评分标准评定:优47例,良17例,尚可3例,优良率95.5％.结论 胫骨平台外侧髁骨折分型能更好的指导骨折的治疗,使骨折恢复解剖对位,又可以减少骨折并发症的发生.
